my story [go to main navigation | go to sub navigation]

At the age of 34 on the suggestion of the Dr Marilyn Glenville Clinic, I was advised to avoid wheat to help manage bloatedness and lethargy amongst other things.

As a vegetarian, wheat played a big part in my diet, how was I going to substitute all that fibre? It was also suggested that I eat more Phytoestrogens and Omega Oils, cut down on the amount of sugars and fats, eat more Low GI foods and of course lots of soluble fibre.

This was a tall order when it came to breakfast cereals. Many of them are loaded with too much sugar or fat - particularly the crunchy type cereals which I love! - so I started making my own.

In order to reduce the toxic load on my body it was important to me to seek out great tasting ingredients that were organically grown.

I hope you enjoy our website. We would love to hear from you with any comments or suggestions.
