no refined sugar
Refined sugar remains one of the cheapest ways to sweeten (and preserve) processed food. No wonder there's a lot of it about. Over-consumption of sugary food has been linked with rising levels of obesity and type II diabetes.

We use measured amounts of barleymalt and honey together with other low gi ingredients which allow energy to release more slowly, helping to keep your blood sugar level in balance.

We think there are some great dairy foods that go brilliantly with what we make. However, some people are lactose intolerant or may simply choose to avoid them.

Our cereals are equally delicious with soya or rice based dairy substitutes and fruit (fresh, juice or smoothies).
